Wood Badge has evolved into the core leadership skills training course for the Boy Scouts of America. The new and improved Wood Badge focuses on strengthening the ability of every volunteer - whether they serve Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts or Venturers - to work with and lead groups of youths and adults. This course, NE II-168, is a cooperative effort of both the Greater New York Councils and the Westchester-Putnam Council.
